Garden Spot Dental Care

I was very disappointed with the office newly hired dental hygiene technician
She didn’t professionally dressed
She has not been oriented with the machine
She tried several times to use it and she gave up
I was not happy at all with the service today

I was very pleased with my phone call interactions prior to my appointment as well as the compassionate, professional care that was provided to me. I walked in the office with an emergent request, frustrated with my previous dentist, and they were able to open the schedule, see me within an hour, evaluate me and treat my tooth concern. The front desk receptionists did a lot of leg work for me with getting old records and were very thorough in my care. The tech ladies and the dentist did a great job keeping me comfortable despite my fears. They explained each step thoroughly. The dentist numbed my mouth effortlessly and it was virtually painless. The office itself is very modern looking, peaceful and beautifully updated. The kid zone was a huge hit for my son. My only complaint would be the live cam of the apes at the zoo didn't seem very live and I didn't get to enjoy any monkey sightings. Overall, I would highly recommend this office if you're looking for a dental office !

Incredible! Had many bad experiences at other dentist and said I was never going to go back and rather just let my teeth fall out. I bit into a rack of ribs and snapped off my front tooth. So I made my appointment and went in ready to walk out in anger. Instead they treated me warmly. Everyone in the office was so polite and took time to explain things. They did not treat me like garbage, or bad because I had not seen a dentist in over 14 years. Instead they educated me explained everything. Provided pricing right up front and were willing to work with me. How refreshing was that. They all restored my faith in dentistry. So often it is a money grab or the upsell you things you don’t need. Looking forward to my next visit. I never thought that I would say that !!!

Could not wait to leave this review! McKayla was the young lady who did the X-rays and cleaning. She was absolutely amazing!! So knowledgeable, so kind and overall just great at her job! I saw the dentist, Dr Durante, only for a short time but he was friendly and kind. Their equipment is high tech and their office staff all seem friendly and keep things running smoothly. I dreaded this appointment after not being to the dentist in 2 years! I have high anxiety about being in that chair! No lectures, no feeling bad about myself. I am looking forward to keeping up with my dental hygiene for the first time in years. Thank you all so much for this pleasant experience!

Honestly one of the best dental places I’ve used in my lifetime. I’ve never had anything but incredible customer service. Always willing to explain things well, take time to slow down when you’re feeling the nerves of needles and wait until you’re comfortable. Gentle on your mouth. Truly incredible. 🫶🏼

Excellent experience with Garden Spot! They were very thorough with the examination, and had a crystal clear explanation of both the problem and different solution options. The hygienist was very thoughtful and helpful. Dr. Durante was friendly and professional, and is clearly an expert in his field. Also the scheduling/sign-in process online was a breeze.
I recently switched to Garden Spot because of a less-than-pleasant experience elsewhere, and 10/10 would recommend!
