I was very pleased with my phone call interactions prior to my appointment as well as the compassionate, professional care that was provided to me. I walked in the office with an emergent request, frustrated with my previous dentist, and they were able to open the schedule, see me within an hour, evaluate me and treat my tooth concern. The front desk receptionists did a lot of leg work for me with getting old records and were very thorough in my care. Incredible! Had many bad experiences at other dentist and said I was never going to go back and rather just let my teeth fall out. I bit into a rack of ribs and snapped off my front tooth. So I made my appointment and went in ready to walk out in anger. Instead they treated me warmly. Everyone in the office was so polite and took time to explain things. They did not treat me like garbage, or bad because I had not seen a dentist in over 14 years. Instead they educated me explained everything. Could not wait to leave this review! McKayla was the young lady who did the X-rays and cleaning. She was absolutely amazing!! So knowledgeable, so kind and overall just great at her job! I saw the dentist, Dr Durante, only for a short time but he was friendly and kind. Their equipment is high tech and their office staff all seem friendly and keep things running smoothly. I dreaded this appointment after not being to the dentist in 2 years! I have high anxiety about being in that chair! No lectures, no feeling bad about myself. I am looking forward to keeping up with my dental hygiene for the first time in years. Thank you all so much for this pleasant experience!
