Kieran completed the annual maintenance, then explained all the options for replacing our "aging" furnace. This may be necessary in a year or so. He was knowledgeable mabout all the different systems and ways we could proceed.

Friendly and efficient. Showed up right at 8am and was super understanding that I had to put dogs in other part of the house due to the rain and not outside like I had planned. He made everything very easy for me.
