Save yourself a lot of headaches and aggravation and go somewhere else. Communication with this company is a nightmare. We were supposed to have our pool installed in June 2020. When I started calling about when they would be here, they kept telling me two weeks. Every two weeks I would call and they would tell me 2 more weeks. They strung me along until the end of August and I was notified by them that there was a problem now with the manufacturer and that they had "no idea" when my pool when be installed. I called the manufacturer directly and they told me that the pool was not ordered until the beginning of July and that they were 16 weeks out for delivery,... read full review

They may build beautiful pools but after that they could care less. My family has been a returning customer for over 4 years. Every year if something is broken or needs replaced you call and get the run around on when someone will be there to repair. This company really needs to work on their communication skills. Maybe even add to their team. Response time is ridiculous. I would really just suggest finding a different company and save yourself the headache.
