Nick has been great! Called this past summer for a bee infestation and he took care of it quickly and with great communication! Same with the last two quarterly visits. Gives me plenty of notice and texts once he’s done. No bee or other bug problems since.

Jillian was my technician, she is a Pleasant person to work with everything was done quick and timely, and she kept me informed as to what she was doing throughout the night I would give her five stars, an excellent technician to work with.

We had neighbors that moved out of their rental and the landlord was gracious enough to inform the surrounding home owners of potential creepy crawlies looking for new homes, especially with winter around the corner. I got on the phone with Terminix and was able have someone at my door the next day with no issues for scheduling. The service response time was quick!!! She did a complete coverage of any possible spot that could need treated. Jillian did such a thorough job that our worries of future pests are not a concern.
