Not a customer but forever fan, I used to work alongside this company and I can say with 100% certainty they are top notch with their knowledgeable, friendly and hold the profession to the highest standards. Well supplied and always on top of latest equipment and supplies hitting the market. Pros only.
Situation has been resolved by the company and a refund has been issued.We made an order with this company in August 2021. Even though they SAID they had the products we wanted IN STOCK, they didn't. They sent us TWO parts of our order -- razorblades and piercing needles. They told us after the fact that they actually did NOT have the other products in stock. The only reason we ordered from them was because their website said they had what we wanted in stock. When I asked for them to refund $338.46 plus part of our shipping costs to our credit card, they refused saying they would send the products when they had them in stock again. The only reason we ordered from them was because their website said they had what we wanted in stock. When I asked for them to refund $338.46 plus part of our shipping costs to our credit card, they refused saying they would send the products when they had them in stock again. They also tried to substitute Intenze Golden Yellow ink with another brand/color that was "close." (Really? Try "close" when you touch up a tattoo. In the end, we were able to get it from another supplier.) Honestly, we've kind of written off the money we paid them but it sure would have been sweet to get what they said they had and what we ordered. We absolutely will never buy another thing from Razorblade PRO. Order #62596
