One of the only places in Central PA that offers Kundalini Yoga, shamanic healing, and other spiritual services.I go to Kundalini yoga every Wednesday at 7:15pm whenever I'm able to, and I always sleep great when I get home.The owner and instructor, Jaque, makes people feel right at home when its their first visit, and the vibe & energy of the studio is the epitome of a safe, calming place where you can relax and settle into deep meditation.I highly recommend this studio for anyone looking for emotional release, spiritual healing, and gaining more control over their own body and mind.
