We have been going here for over a year to get my grandsons hair cut and we love the shop and to women who work here. They have done amazingly with his and made him feel so at ease.

I have been to sports clips before but this was my first time at this location. You never know what to expect with a new location and stylist, but I was very pleased with my experience. Billie gave me one of the best styled hair cuts I have received in recent years. She was very friendly and helpful. She even introduced me to a new product which I gladly purchased with her recommendation and demonstration. If Billie represents what the Sport Clips New Castle location stands for, then I will be back and will recommend to everyone. Thanks for the outstanding service!
