“I have very bad arthritis in my foot and knee...my doctor seemed to think physical therapy would work..I tried it for 3 weeks...it just seemed to irritate my foot even more..at 63 there is no rehabilitation for arthritis!..It's just my opinion on the matter..wish I knew what foods to avoid eating as to not trigger the flare ups that happen almost on a daily basis?“
