I have been a patient for almost a year and the first time I was seen with an urgent need for a root canal. Dr. Matt was not only professional, but talked to me about the entire procedure and made me feel at home before starting. I was seen again for another dental emergency and was treated to same day care without any issue. The staff have been wonderful from the word go and I am happy to see Dr. Matt Karski and crew anytime.
In the midst of a dental emergency characterized by intense pain, finding a dentist who accepted new patients and my insurance proved challenging. The individual who answered my call provided excellent assistance, scheduling an appointment that fit around my work commitments. Her kindness was evident. Dr. Karski professionally explained the necessity of the tooth extraction and administered sufficient numbing to minimize discomfort. I had the same dentist for over 30 years but had to travel 1 hour to go there. I struggled finding someone local to New Castle that I felt comfortable with, then I visited Karski. All the staff are so friendly, gentle and great with my kids. They explain things and detail and treat you with respect. The office is clean and organized. I’m glad I made the switch. I highly recommend Karski!
