Had a service call for a Water furnace geothermal system. Bill arrived on time, and called to even say he could be early, which I thought was awesome. We went through the system and got everything up and running. I sat by Bill during the service call and he is super knowledgeable, and seemed like he knew what he was doing. I'm still however getting an error which I didn't see for a bit due to cooler weather, and the unit hasn't been running. I'm pretty the pump is bad.
Ken and his co-worker arrived right on time. They replaced the flexible connections on top of the water heater with copper piping. They were there 1.5 hours and job was finished. Cleaned up afterwards. They were very professional. Very pleased with the service I received.
I had an entire new HVAC system installed in my home and from the initial meeting to installation, and post-instal follow-ups, I have nothing but good things to say about Air Systems Mechanical. I needed a new AC, furnace, and some minor duct work completed. I feel like I got the best quality at a fair price and a crew that genuinely cared about the work they did. With our fluctuating temperatures this Spring, I have had opportunity to test both the AC and furnace and both are working very well. I hope they last for a long time!
