New Patient first visit. Scheduling of appointment was little tough getting an early visit this is definitely due to Houser Newman being such a great Vision Center. When arrive for appointment treated perfectly by front staff. Then called back and treated and taken care of exactly how you would want to be taken care of. All kindness and professionalism. Then seen by Dr. Pastier. This is experience was far above and beyond. She was very professional, kind and dedicated to the eye exam. Everything went smoothly.....All of the office were friendly and took the time to explain things and assist when needed.......Dr Houser is the best......She gave a very thorough exam and explained things that needed to be addressed

I feel as though I had a very thorough exam and was happy with the results. I also had had cataract surgery and artificial lenses in my eyes, and the doctor was more than happy to answer a few questions that I had satisfactory.
