Evolution Training is a comfortable gym with no judgements, focused on personal training and nutrition education. The exercises are awesome and structured to meet your needs. The trainer gives as much advice and training as you want, paying attention to every detail to ensure exercises are done correctly. It feels like having a personal trainer who works with your abilities. Many feel it is the best gym ever and the right choice for a healthy lifestyle, leaving you feeling like you could rule the world.

    This gym is amazing! Not only a fun and supportive environment with great workouts for everyone - but Brad makes it! He is kind and understanding and motivating. He'll always push you but in a fun way they is supportive and is always there to give advice. Everyday is a different workout so you're never bored. Whether you want to lose weight or get stronger or just start your day off with amazing people - this is the place for you !

    I've been coming to Evolution Training for the past two years, and I highly recommend it everyone! Whether you are looking to start working out for the first time or your a long time gym rat like myself, Coach Brad will guide you no matter where you are in your journey. He definitely knows his stuff, and I have seen incredible progress since I've started especially with his strength training program. He is also highly entertaining. If you're looking to join a fun and motivating fitness community, this is the place for you!

    Evolution Training is truly the best gym I have ever been a member of. The workouts are awesome, the personalized guidance is super beneficial and helpful, and the community at the gym is so welcoming and supportive and fun.

    Every day you get a GREAT work out - they are all different but are designed to compliment one another from day to day.

    You also get very personalized attention and training -- if you need a modification for any reason, or you need extra inspiration, you get it. Brad is so incredibly knowledgeable he really is able to think about and adjust for any, limitation or situation.
