They did an absolutely superb job- from a detailed proposal, showing up on time every day, excellent craftsmanship, to suggesting ideas that made the deck/railings/stone work even better than we had planned. Leroy and his crew removed our existing deck and installed a new large, 2-story composite deck on our house. From the quoting process to the final inspection, Leroy was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had along the way. They completed our project within the timeline they originally quoted and without increasing the price from what we were originally quoted. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work and attention to detail. I would highly recommend King’s to anyone considering working with them.

We had a chat with Kings Out door LLC to get a contract for our Sunroom project. However, we encountered significant frustration with the way Leroy handled the process. It was challenging to elicit responses from him, necessitating multiple follow-up calls and texts. Even in the initial stages, the lack of responsiveness is concerning, and I can't help but wonder about the challenges we might face if we were to proceed with signing the contract for our Sunroom room extension. This situation should have been managed more professionally.

We worked with Leroy to get a quote for our Sunroom project. The quote he gave was within our budget so we were patiently waiting if there were slight delays. But we are very disappointed with how he handled this. Hard to get responses from him(had to follow up with him multiple times via calls and texts to get a response). We started our conversation with him in the end of April and agreed to the proposal/quote in a week. He said that we need to pay 25% of the project amount upfront so we asked him for a contract/agreement before making the payment. It took him almost one and half month to send a contract via email for review (we accepted the proposal on May 8th and we received the contract through email on June 26th after multiple follow ups). We had mentioned about an upcoming trip in July way in advance to him(we had to extend our trip by a few days which we informed him about that as well and that was the only delay from our side). After we got back, we called him and texted him multiple times that we are back and ready to sign the contract. On August 3rd, he responded saying his schedule is filled up and he cannot get to our project till next year. We were ok with that too. To which we said we were fine waiting till next year. His response to that there will be price increases if we do it next year.

It is my pleasure to share the wonderful experience I had with this company and their workmen. I wanted to replace my existing old wooden deck and vinyl railing with composite decking and black aluminum railing. I got a half dozen bids and King's was several thousand dollars less expensive while using the desired materials in the colors and style we wanted. Leroy was prompt and detailed with the estimate. Even when there turned out to be additional work to the substructure revealed only when the old decking was removed the cost was so reasonable I could hardly believe it. I can only offer the highest praise for workmen David and Zach in terms of their workmanship and the desire to do the work in a timely and professional manner. Both were courteous and hard working to a fault. My wife and I agree the new deck was even more beautiful than we had expected. In my 45 years as an attorney handling problems encountered by clients with building contractors it was indeed a blessing to experience a company who delivers on its promises and the quality of its work exceeding your expectations. I would without hesitation recommend to anyone King's Outdoor Living LLC based on my experience of honesty and integrity in the performance of its work.
