Our car broke down near Morgantown and we were stranded in PA. We tried reaching out to multiple auto body shops near the area but without any luck as it was closing time for all.Someone referred Hansen Mobile Service - they responded promptly and were at our location within 15 minutes. He was quick and thorough and gave us all details. He knew what he was doing really well. We had difficulty hitching up our RV. It was a Sunday afternoon and we were stranded. Hansen Mobile Service not only answered the phone but was at our location in 15 minutes. He was prompt, respectful, professional and very knowledgeable. We can’t thank him enough, an asset to the company.
