Ameri-tec serviced our old unit, replaced it when we upgraded to a new unit and service that every year for us. They are always on time and professional and never leave a mess. Their rates are very reasonable and the system upgrade was the best price we found.
My heater started making an awful noise in the middle of the night, they sent someone out first thing and had it taken care of before lunchtime. I use them for the preventive maintenance on my HVAC system as well!
