We have been going to Advocare Mainline Pediatrics for 13 years for all five of our kids. At first I was satisfied with the overall care beginning with the front desk to nurses and doctors. But as time went on, I was routinely asked if I would see a nurse practitioner instead of my doctor for sick visits. Reluctantly I agreed on two separate occasions because my child needed to be seen. On both of those occasions, I had to come back because of an undiagnosed ruptured ear drum and secondary pneumonia due to H1-N1. While the doctors are wonderful, the front desk and practice's business practices are not good. Don't expect a person to answer the phone or call you back. Don't expect to be informed if/when your kid needs a vaccine or is due for their annual physical.
