“Very big facility with lots to offer. Large pool for laps with several lanes. Hot large ja uzzi and a steam room. Basket ball court whi h is full size for multiple pick up games. Boxing area including 2 working speed bags, multiple heavy bags, a timer and a fo us bag. Lots of weight equipment both old and new. Bikes and all types of classes . Seem to have everything here but it's expensive. $20.00 per day when other gymsharge near that a month.“

“I bring all 4 of my kids here. We usually see heather. The staff is wonderful. Always friendly. Always complimenting my kids behaviors and hair styles we choose. Clean, smells nice and always gets us in. Heather does a great job!!“
