“One of my favorite places. Happiness does come in a gym. Mini in-house Triathlon with my coworker who inspires everyone to greatness. Anyone can do it. Indoor track makes it even easier. Love Dave's classes...hard core. Brian's are hard core in a different way. Zumba is a lot of fun if that's your thing. The pool is very nice. There is lots of space, and are many equipment areas, massage chairs, saunas, steam rooms etc. Just a wonderful place... because of the people too.“

“Always clean! I spray tan here and the staff do a great job. I never have to wait for a booth. I have the monthly membership and tan as much as I like. Just walk in, hand the counter person my STC card and I'm in the room in under 5 minutes.“
