Tranquility Spa and Boutique

I had an awful experience with Jamie. First off, she rescheduled our appointment about seven times then when I finally had my appointment, she thought our appointment was two hours from when it was so I had to wait two hours for my appointment. Then the highlights she gave me weren’t even remotely close to the photo I showed her and gave me zebra striped highlights, and told me I should go to Sally’s Beaty supply and try to tone it myself to fix it.

When I kindly reached out to her to ask if she can fix my hair to blend it better she told me she would have to charge me more and there’s nothing she can do to help me then proceeded to block my number.... read full review

This was my first time going to this salon and I got a Brazilian blowout by Jamie. I had found them through Groupon. Jamie was great! I have long very curly hair and this was the second Brazilian blowout I've ever had. She explained each step of the process with me as she worked. I couldn't be happier with how my hair turned out. If you are looking for a good salon and a small reprieve from life Tranquility Spa and Boutique is the place to go and Jamie is the woman to see.
