Shannon helped us sell my aunts home that was part of an estate. She had to work with the executor of the estate and myself. She was perfect,she kept everybody in the loop as far as what was happening in the sale process. There were some repairs required to the home Shannon was quick to offer trades people for the repairs. She even went and met a few to show them what we needed done and eventually stayed with them while the work was being performed.
