I'll start this review by saying I have been to almost every salon in the area at least once for solar nails, dip nails or pedicures over the past 15 or so years. This may be news to some, but you pretty much need an appointment anywhere nowadays. You can't expect to walk in to a nail salon and get a full mani/pedi or full set without a significant wait. Plan ahead, make an appointment if you don't want to have to wait. Also, please keep in mind that not all techs do all services. Some do pedicures and basic nails only while some do acrylics, dips and solar nails but don't do pedicures. They did a great job on my pedicure, however, the general attitude and unprofessionalism from the staff does not make it worthwhile to come back! They are snotty, grumpy, and overall unhappy people! Not a nice experience ?

Had an appointment and still asked to wait and hour. If you make an appointment request a specific person or you will just be taken when the next person is ready. that being said, my nails look nice.
