I had a wonderful experience at Alliance working with Melanie (and Jodi at first!) to recover from pregnancy and rebuild core strength. Mel is so good at what she does and was a joy to work with. For pelvic floor and core issues, I highly recommend her! My strength and ability to properly engage my core is remarkably improved and I have confidence going forward with my exercises to continue to get stronger. All the staff at Alliance are kind and helpful and the energy is very positive. It was honestly kind of sad to graduate because I enjoyed going there so much!
Alliance Physical Therapy is an amazing place. All of the staff are friendly, professional and super positive. Melanie McKinnon was the Physical Therapist in charge of my care. She is amazing! She created a plan of care and series of exercises to help me get back to the active life I love. She is so smart and I will be forever grateful for the care she gave me.
