I have used Sullivan two times, both on our heating system and both times I was very happy. Caden Desimone arrived, was extremely professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. He represents Sullivan Super Service very well. He cares for the customers and his company and it is obvious by talking to him that the company also cares for it's employees.

He handled the issue quickly and efficiently, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure it was fully resolved. I could tell he took pride in his work, and it showed in every step of the process.
