“This team was polite and professional. They arrived on time and were here for aprox 3 hours. They didn't need to ask many questions as they quickly assessed the task at hand and began their jobs. I've never had a team that worked so well together. They cleaned cob webs and corners and moved counter top items to clean behind. Everything sparkled and smelled fresh and clean when they left. They even plugged back in the electric cords into the outlets they used for the sweepers. Also, wall pictures were dusted but not left askew. Floors were well cleaned. I would recommend them.“

“he service was great. Emi (first contact) was friendly and enthusiastic when you book the service. The three cleaners Terrell, Aaron and Benjamin were friendly, easy to talk to and hard workers. They set to work on a 2 bedroom 2-1/2 bath 2- story home/apartent. They followed directions and made the place shine. Originally home was given to tenant with caked on grease and stained linoleum tops in kitchen and they were able to clean it off. The linoleum floors were sticky and despite wet mopping it still stuck. They were able to get the tackiness less sticky. The bathrooms were consistently getting mildew and water stains awere persistent and they got it cleaned. The dust and odd yellow liquid spotting on baseboards and certain doors were also cleaned well. About five hour job and probably would have been 6 hours but wrapped it up by tenant who were anxious to finish the close out. Amazing job and all with a smile. Thank you. I would recommend them.“

“We recently had our living room furniture, rug and drapery cleaned by COIT. We dealt with 3 individuals thru this process (Steve, Archie and Eric). These individuals were extremely professional and highly competent in the work performed. Archie and Eric explained the various cleaning processes and were very knowledgeable as to which would be the most beneficial based on the fabrics being cleaned. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. Although the furniture had not been professionally cleaned in many years, they were able to bring it back to life in a way we thought impossible. Steve was exceptionally knowledgeable relative to our living room sheer catastrophe. Unfortunately, our aged sheers could not be repaired. “I don’t often write reviews, but want to give a shout out to Michael H who has cleaned my carpet the last two times. I always liked Roth for routine cleaning over the years, but recently challenging since my little dog had some urine accidents. The previous person gave it a valiant try, but Michael got the stains and odor out last year and I was so excited to he was still there this year.

The other amazing thing is that last year Michael even got out some dried paint from a living room paint job. The carpet is so old that I just let it go figuring I would replace it when I move. He made it look almost new, and certainly not as embarrassing as it was. Plus, he’s a good guy with a good attitude.

Seth and Greg make marvels in remodeling; they know how to fix the imperfections and how to adapt new items to old houses (here in Pittsburgh, these old houses are the rule). Their network of highly skilled professionals is a great addition, and they are honest enough to tell you when they have no expertise in some topics and avoid improvisation that can be costly for you. I'm thrilled with the remodeling they made in our old and tiny bathrooms (plus other things).“
