I want to say that, although this review took a while I was COMPLETELY satisfied with the help from everyone. They went above and beyond. I moved across town and needed help with large furniture and some miscellaneous things. They made sure the bigger items were taken apart and reassembled correctly once we got to our destination. They communicated with me beforehand as to when I could expect them. I'm not sure about anyone else experiences so regardless of any other reviews I like to see things through for myself and I'm glad with my decision to use J & S.
Movers showed up on time. They were respectful. I had them move only part of the house so they were careful to verify what to move and what not to move. They were creative about getting oversized things out. Am hiring them again for the final moves!
Very quick response and had open availability, helped up back on Nov. Everyone was extremely kind and efficient. Moving is stressful but they helped make it easier! Definitely plan to use them again for future moves!
