“I couldn't be happier!! Got a spiral perm from Chloe and it's the best perm I've gotten in 20 yrs!! I wish I could post a picture. Hopefully I can add one later on because it looks fabulous!! She used the rt perm, rolled small pieces of hair and a lot of rods!! The rt way to get the spring curls I've been wanting for a very long time!! Thank you Chloe!!!
