Nikki cuts my hair all the time and knows what she is doing. I sit down in the seat, we share a few words and then I'm out of there. No BS, just cutting hair.

11/8 Saturday morning 10:15 nobody here even though hours state open at 9 not the first time I can here and they were not open not very dependable place is a joke

My teenage son walked in for a haircut and the stylists response was “I hate doing hair like that”. She is a miserable person, we don’t go here often (maybe once a year) because of her. Today was a necessity out of convenience.

Took my son for a haircut today. The stylist was beyond rude. Did not greet anyone that walked through the door. My son has very curly, course hair. He asked for a simple haircut, 2 on bottom and about an 11/2 off the top. Nothing crazy. He showed her a pict of what he wanted, and she said she couldn't do it. Ok. So she told me what she could do and he agreed. She was running the comb through his hair so ruff, and fast that it was pulling his hair. Then she had the audacity to tell him that she was allergic to his type of hair, and was breaking out in hives. His hair was literally sticking up all over, and she was going to allow him to walk out like that. I had to ask for a water bottle to wet it down to make it look decent. I will NEVER take my son there again.You don't treat customers like that. Honey.. you should maybe rethink your career path!

My husband took our son to get a haircut today. According to their listed hours they should be open, but were not. This is probably the third time this has happened to them. Either stick to the established hours or put an update on Facebook if there's going to be a change. Wasting people's time is not a good way to keep customers.
