I'm updating my last post, upon speaking to the worker, she's very nice. Very polite and what happened wasn't her fault I went back. They were very helpful. They addressed my concerns and did a great job

They did alterations on my daughter's prom dress last year & it was perfect they did a great job & it was done on time even with it being a short notice & their prices are reasonable Thank you for your services.Service: Alterations

Wonderful experience! As a 5 year anniversary idea, my husband and I decided to get dressed up again as newlyweds for some fun and pictures. My wedding gown was fairly inexpensive, therefore I did not have it cleaned and preserved after our wedding. When I pulled it out the other day before our trip, I actually saw how dirty it was! I called Elegant Cleaners to see what they can do to freshen it up after 5 years and possibly remove a couple marks. I am beyond impressed with everything they have done for me!!
