Wow. My shoulder was really hurting and I was having issue raising my arm…was a little alarmed. They got me in right away that Friday afternoon and the.massage therapist (Yum, I believe) was really responsive to my pain and pointed out other knots in my neck which was helpful so I can stretch out on my own. Great value—I def left a good tip. Place is clean and appreciate easy parking, calm lobby area. Liked so much made appointment for husband next week. Thank you.

This is one of my favorite massage therapy locations in Pittsburgh! Yan consistently gives a deep and healing massage and I walk away looser and lighter every time. She makes sure to ask if there are any trouble areas, and is skilled at working those tender areas out. She also explains what muscles are involved and possibilities for what might be causing it, which I appreciate. Although Yan is my preference at this location, I have had other therapists here who are equally skilled. I also like the ease and flexibility of scheduling. They are always very accommodating. One thing that sets this place apart from the rest is their traditional Tuina style of massage not only works with the muscles but also the energy system which brings a deep relaxation and full body rejuvenation that I don’t often experience with more western style massages. The inside and out after-massage glow is what brings me back here every time. Thank you Yan and Golden Hands!

Horrible communication and worse only did half my body. Left in more pain and frustration than I walked in with. Facilities appear nice but don’t be fooled. Terrible experience.

I've been here several times and it's been great every time. Yan always asks where the trouble spots are and she focuses on them. She also has a really good sense for tight areas I wasn't even aware of which usually are my calves. Can't say enough good things and the price for what you get in the thoroughness is well worth it. Definitely can't recommend enough. Thanks, Yan!

I have been going to Goldens Hands for the past few years and they have helped tremendously with my back pain. They are clean, courteous, and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
