I called Keystone after our office developed a mouse problem. Rob was out that very same day and quickly developed and implemented a plan. He was knowledgeable and took his time to learn the layout of our large office and warehouse buildings. He also talked me through my concerns about the pets we have on premises and reassurmed me that they would be safe (they are!). Within a week, we saw a difference. Rob came back to check in about two weeks later and we were happy to report the problem has been dealt with. We're thrilled to have made the connection and will keep working with Rob for ongoing pest control and any other issues that may arise. Highly recommend!

I called Keystone Pests Solutions in a bit of a panic! I have a Little Free Library on my property and noticed some bugs in my Library and on some of the books. Bedbugs are a concern when dealing with second hand books and I wanted to be sure that I wasn’t dealing with them. I called Keystone pests on Monday morning and Rob called me back immediately. I explained over the phone what I was concerned with and explained the bug that I was seeing. He listened carefully and assured me that he didn’t think I was dealing with anything scary! Best Pest control business I have ever seen. We had a crisis at our building with gnats all over the place, and Keystone Pest control showed up within hours of calling to help us solve the crisis. Would recommend to any business that wants top quality service for pest control at offices.
