My appointment time was between 12 and 2 pm. Mike was here at 12. I had a wasp nest in my bedroom window and got stung so I was happy when he sprayed it. He did it from the outside and also found a yellow jackets nest I was unaware of. He sprayed that at no extra cost. I highly recommend this local company and will use them in the future.Service: Hornet & wasp extermination
