Be very careful when Ketterline Builders is building near your property and in your neighborhood!! Two years ago he built a home on an adjacent uphill wooded lot. He did not have a storm water plan and did not apply for the proper permit! He cleared the entire wooded lot before the surveyor showed up. He stubbornly ignored Strasburg Township and refused to comply. 2 years later, he still has not completed the stormwater plan. You will need to watch him every step of the way and demand that your township is coming to the property to oversee him.We had extensive water damage to our home and property and had to file 2 insurance claims for our flooded finished basement. Bob was wonderful to work with. He is inexpensive and very experienced with a fun and easy going crew of guys. Truly a custom builder in that he remains flexible, communicates and will figure out a way to get us what we ask for (even when we annoyingly and repeatedly change plans at the last second). Bob was very helpful in helping us keep costs down in some areas while still achieving spectacular results. He is great about keeping in touch and I admired his crazy work ethic as he was repeatedly the last man on the job site making sure everything was up to his standards and called me at 9pm because HE WAS STILL WORKING!
