I called details because I was struggling with a bad haircut from another salon. It was suggested that Alan would be a good choice fir me, because he understands the intricacies of curly hair. Alan spent time speaking with me about my hair needs, offered suggestions, and really listened to my hair goals. It will take time for my hair to completely recover from the previous cut I had been given, but I left feeling much better about my style and am grateful Alan really understands curly hair!
