I have worked with CJA twice and both times Jason let me know when he would be arriving(always arrived within the window I was given), was very professional and answered all of my questions. I have also had the opportunity to speak with Crystal over the phone when I called just to confirm my appt and she was very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend.

Tenant reported leaks on 7/1/24 with my home warranty company. Cja mechanical shows up the 7/2/24, the technician Riley was very helpful and efficient and able to detect problem with kitchen faucet which tenant n occupants wasn't aware of.
