I decided to tint my passenger & driver side windows to match the rest of my SUV, so as I was passing this location, I gave them a call. Justin answered promptly, answered my questions and fit me into his schedule immediately. So, YES, I made a u-turn & he started right away. I was in & out within 45 minutes to my surprise. Even though it was 45 minutes, the quality of this service was excellent. The tint matched the rest of the windows. He gave me written & verbal instructions on how to care for the windows as they would need time to set & dry. I have had my last 4 Volvos tinted here. My parents had their current and previous BMW as well as their last 3 vehicles tinted here. And I can assure you we have nothing but praise for this shop. It might not be a big flashy shop but they have everything you need along with the mom and pop shop charm. They only use high quality film. I still have the film on one of my cars that was done 9 years ago And it still looks great. Not only that but the work is high quality, everything is cut by hand.Also, I'm from the era of when customer service actually meant something.
