“Sylvia has been making blends for my cat, Metro, since he was 2 years old. He is now 11. He was not weaned properly as a kitten so his anxiety can get pretty terrible. For the first 2 years, we struggled to figure out what to do, he nervously burrowed into furniture, he would eat and gnaw on things to the point he would make himself sick, until we found Seven Sacred Breaths. Sylvia spent time going through all of Metro's behaviors and had some good insights to help our situation.
