I spent a significant amount of money on these clothes to be professionally cleaned but they were returned to me with lingering odors of sweat and cigarettes. Clearly the cleaning process was not thorough enough, avoiding extra cleaning steps, likely due to their cost-saving measures and negligence which is unacceptable for professional cleaners. The quality of the service provided is subpar, with the lady unwilling to rectify the situation.

I am very satisfied with this business. I have brought several clothing items over to get dry cleaned and they always come back very nice and pressed very evenly. I have no complaints. I think the prices are very comparable to other similar establishments. I do try to get there on Tuesdays to take advantage of the 20% discount. The lady, (and I apologize because I forget her name) is very nice and friendly. I give this place 5 Stars!

My family and I have always had pleasant experiences with the Giant Plaza Cleaners. They did an outstanding job altering the hem of my wedding dress as well as altering my husband's wedding suit. They are super friendly, produce quality work, and keep to their word about when items will be ready for pick up. Overall, they are great!

If I can give it a half star I would. Went here twice when I first moved to Morissville. The discount on tuesday drew me in, but I discovered it wasn't worth it. They damaged the belt loops on all my dress pants and wouldn't except responsibility for it; you can tell the fabric was burnt off either by hot steam or an iron. I spend most of the day in an office at a computer and not near anything that would cause the fabric to burn off my belt loops. On top of all that occured, all my shirts had heavy starch in them when I specifically had mentioned 'no starch', they were badly rinkled too. Also, they decided to crease the pants that didn't have creases in them, which added to my frustration. You can get better service and quality work for the same price at two other cleaners that are less than 800 yards from their location.
