I absolutely love it here! They’re always so helpful in getting you in for your appointments as soon as possible. Andrea, the nurse who does your treatments, is so kind and she’s AMAZING at doing your treatments, and all the women at the front desk are also so kind and friendly! You’re welcomed in with warmth and you feel that it’s a safe space here at every appointment. I highly recommend signing up at Milan Laser Scranton because these treatment results have been life changing!!!

Its rare to encounter a business that will bend over backwards to help you and give you a fantastic experience. Most businesses are content to just take your money and give you the bare minimum, but Milan goes above and beyond in all aspects. They're always extremely nice and friendly and outgoing. For example, Lisa, who handled me today, is an excellent conversationalist, very friendly, and always telling me how well I'm doing and making sure I'm always okay. I’ve had three sessions of laser hair removal at Milan, and I’ve been very happy with my results. I would highly recommend. Andrea is a great, she’s super quick and makes the process seamless.
