Andrea, the nurse who does your treatments, is so kind and she’s AMAZING at doing your treatments, and all the women at the front desk are also so kind and friendly! You’re welcomed in with warmth and you feel that it’s a safe space here at every appointment. I highly recommend signing up at Milan Laser Scranton because these treatment results have been life changing!!!

Its rare to encounter a business that will bend over backwards to help you and give you a fantastic experience. Most businesses are content to just take your money and give you the bare minimum, but Milan goes above and beyond in all aspects. They're always extremely nice and friendly and outgoing. For example, Lisa, who handled me today, is an excellent conversationalist, very friendly, and always telling me how well I'm doing and making sure I'm always okay. I tend to be very paranoid about judgment, but Lisa and the staff here as a whole have done so much for me so I always feel happy, safe, and comfortable. It feels like everyone is going out of their way to help me, which feels exceptionally rare to find these days.

Everyone is very knowledgeable in this field and I feel very comfortable with the staff working on my skin. A huge thank you to the manager Lauren for taking the time in setting up my consultation where she was able to explain to me everything that were to happen with the procedure down to the very last detail. And thank you to Lisa for making my first treatment comfortable and easy going. She really went above and beyond with calming my nerves and making sure I was ready to proceed. I am looking forward to working with everyone here for my upcoming treatments!
