“Had a tile floor installed year and a half ago. Installers did an amazing job, however some of the tiles developed hairline cracks in them. I dealt with Pete from Wilkes Barre. He personally came to my home for an inspection. Pete told me that my floor would be fixed. Well,turned out the entire job needed to be redone. Giant floor kept their word and replaced the floor. I couldn't be happier with the service and the installers. Thank you again Pete and Giant Floors.“
