Came a day after I went online and requested service. Zach was thorough checking the system out and identified we were low on refrigerant. He had unfortunately run out of charge on the previous call. So he had Austin come over right after same day and charge our system up. Very reasonable and both Zach and Austin were phenomenal. Will use again!
Nick came again to fix some issues we were having with our A/C unit in the attic. He and his partner did a great job and installed the new parts without difficulty! He assured us that he fixed our problem.
Just had our annual AC check up completed by Nick Mulford. This was the first time Nick serviced our AC and we found him to be extremely efficient, professional & personable. We appreciate him taking the time to answer all our questions. Nick will easily be added to the long list of Wade technicians who have performed work on our AC and furnace over the years who we’ve been impressed with.
