I have my own opinions on dr bob, BUT I do trust him with my animals so that says all that needs to be said.
The girls(nurses)are so helpful and courteous.
It is not cheap but what is cheap these days. And I want someone who know what they are doing when they are caring for my dog.
Dr. Bob, doesn’t send you to other vets, he takes care of it. He does it the best, he knows his animals. He has helped me in difficult situations while other area vets tried to refer me far away.
I made an appointment for my sons veiled chamelion Jupiter for an eye infection. There are no vets in my area who see reptiles and I was shocked that they took Jupiter on as a new patient and got her in quickly.
I was greeted at the front desk by a wonderfully friendly woman and a beautiful orange cat.
We met with Dr. Bob who informed me that he was not a reptile expert but would take a look and try to help. He was straight to the point and knew right away what the issue was, then went into a lengthy discussion about what the problem was with her eye.
