The staff is pleasant. That's why I gave one star. The Vet is ignorant, and has a tendency to be very rude if you ask a question. And the "office manager" is so aggressive. Won't ever go back there. I don't care how cheap they are. Long story short the Vet called us screaming and threatening to have us arrested because the office manager (his wife) made an arrangement with my husband he didn't like. Then she called screaming. Crazy.

I had talked to a women working at this clinic to make an appointment for my sick dog, which was getting worse by the day, she had told me that there would be a $50 fee that i had to pay upfront JUST TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT. So being as worried as i was i paid it and asked the women if it would be going to the visit for my dog, which she replied yes, it was going to be put towards the bill. I ended up finding somewhere else to take my dog that i found a better fit. So, i had called back and canceled the appointment with this clinic and with an attitude, the same women had told me that the $50 i had paid was nonrefundable. I took my sons dog there after being hit by a car. They refused care and said they are not taking emergencies today. It was right when they opened. Obviously not too caring about your beloved pet.
