While on vacation, my dog became sick and we needed veterinary care unexpectedly. The entire team was kind, compassionate, and incredibly helpful from the moment we called in distress and a high emotional state. They took great care of my dog and me. I'm very grateful for the excellent care and outstanding service we received. I highly recommend this veterinary team to anyone looking for caring and professional pet care. Thank you Vanessa, Erin and Dr Stephen!!!
Absolutely loved it here. By far my favorite vet I've gone to! (And I've lived in quite a few different states). Very kind and knowledgeable. Addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions! Very patient and accommodating. I am beyond happy with this place and staff.
This place came in the clutch for my standard poodle, Skittles, who had been hobbling to a serious limp at an inopportune time. After calling 5 veterinary clinics in the Binghamton area on a Saturday morning to see if there was an opening, some were closed, some were overbooked, and some were not willing to take a new customer. EM Vets were willing to take a thorough look at him, with x-rays, and Dr. Dara explained possible strategies to help him in a clear and concise manner.
