I made an appointment for my sons veiled chamelion Jupiter for an eye infection. There are no vets in my area who see reptiles and I was shocked that they took Jupiter on as a new patient and got her in quickly.
I was greeted at the front desk by a wonderfully friendly woman and a beautiful orange cat.
We met with Dr. Bob who informed me that he was not a reptile expert but would take a look and try to help. He was straight to the point and knew right away what the issue was, then went into a lengthy discussion about what the problem was with her eye. Amazing amazing amazing experience! Dr. Bob and staff took wonderful care of my sweet Aussie Keanu. We drove all the way from NC just to have him seen by Dr. Bob! He’s the best of the best! Very direct and very knowledgeable. He knows his stuff! Can’t wait to bring him back for his next yearly physical!
Let me tell you about the best vet visit I have ever had. Let’s start with affordability, this was the cheapest vet I’ve been to with top tier quality service. I expected a high bill , with shots and a test it was under a hundred dollars. Where I would have paid a lot more if I went to my regular vet. I mean a lot. I also walked out with a one month free supply of credelio. They also have an online pharmacy where I will get 15% off.
Let’s talk facility, it was very clean. The lobby is big, which to me is great if you have an animal that is not comfortable around other animals. It’s a warm welcoming environment.
