We used Greg for a home inspection several years ago and though we ended up not buying the house, his information and report was prompt and thorough. He has set the standard for which every home inspector I’ve dealt with since has failed to meet! He’s the real deal and a very nice guy. I’d highly recommend hiring him as a home inspector.

We were very close to selling my mother's house when we got a high radon test result. We live out of town so we relied on our realtor's recommendation. She suggested GC Scheer for the remediation system install. I worked in the Nuclear Industry for many years and am very familiar with radon. I can say that Greg is extremely knowledgeable in this area and was great to work with. He completed the system install very quickly and professionally. I highly recommend his services.

Although I was not able to use GC Scheer Inspections, Greg was very responsive and extremely helpful. He called me while he was away on his vacation to connect me with another trusted home inspector. He also took 30 minutes to answer all my questions and concerns about the property I was buying. Disappointed I couldn’t use him because of my timeline. He was super friendly and helpful and will certainly use him for any future service. Highly recommend!
