    This was our last stop on our long journey home from vacation. This unassuming building houses an eclectic and extensive collection of vinyl records and CD's. 50/50 of the records I checked out were in protectors and most of the records inside the jackets, I'd say are VG+ condition. There were all ages there when we visited
    I walked away with some hard to find records at lower than expected prices. Go out of your way for your journey to bring something to your home.

    Great place! I got some great records here (double fantasy, let it be, Johnny cash greatest hits vol 1, meet the Beatles!, carpenters singles, Roy Orbinson’s greatest hits, Beatles ‘65, hey Jude). I come at least every Friday.

    I was really worried about moving to Williamsport and only having one record shop, but Sonic Ascension meets all of my needs! I’m usually into 70s and 80s progressive rock and new wave. I visit every weekend, most of the time after work on Fridays, and always leave with a couple records or more. I haven’t even had the time to go through the whole $1 record room!

    Prices are super fair and always reflect the condition of the vinyl. Lee is great about getting to know regulars and what kind of music they’re interested in—he usually lets me know when he gets more of my favorite artists.
