I had a great experience with Quality Air. They came out to my property on very short notice, which I really appreciated. The team was quick to diagnose and fix the plumbing issue, and they kept me updated every step of the way. Mike and Zach were especially great, & very professional; friendly throughout the entire process. Excellent communication and fast, reliable service. They came out the next day to look at the issue and fixed it the day after!
Our gas boiler of eight years and numerous problems finally died. I did not want the same company that installed it and repaired it to install another for obvious reasons. A friend of ours recommended Quality Air Mechanical. I called them and Sean responded to inspect our needs for a new boiler. He had a boiler in stock and technicians available to install the boiler the next day. Robert and his assistant arrived at 8a.m. and were done by 2:30 p.m. Everyone was very knowledgeable, professional, and caring about our needs. Worked with Brandon Sick on a project in Selinsgrove. Brandon and the team were quick, prompt, and professional. Within my deadline they had the estimate, materials, and replacement done.
