Our gas boiler of eight years and numerous expensive repairs finally died on us. The company that installed the boiler and came for the numerous repairs wanted to install a new boiler. I was disappointed with their incompetence and lack of skilled people. A friend of ours recommended Quality Air Mechanical. I called and Sean came to our house within hours to assess our needs. He was very knowledgeable and informed us of our needs in the type of boiler we needed. He had a boiler in stock and technicians were available to install it the next day. Robert and his assistant arrived the next day and the boiler was installed. We noticed a big difference in the heat throughout the whole house and our domestic hot water. Everything was so much better than the previous boiler. The people from Quality Air Mechanical were very knowledgeable, competent, and cared about our needs. We are very grateful to have found a wonderful and caring company like Quality Air Mechanical who truly cares about their customers.
Woke up this morning to 54 degrees in my home. Called Quality Air Mechanical Inc., they were here within the hour. The gentleman had the furnace fixed within minutes, and the house is once again nice and warm. Thank you for such prompt, efficient service!
