Pipe Doctor Plumbing Heating and Drains is a total plumbing service company that handles any situation, from a stoppage in pipes and a leaky faucet to a boiler that is not working or a water heater that is not putting out hot water. When they come out to a house, a master plumber with 43 years of experience shows up. Customers have had great experiences, from the phone call until the job was finished. The service is fantastic and immediate, with everyone professional, courteous, and thorough. Technicians like Randy and Brian are personable, polite, and efficient. Brian answered all questions and explained everything so customers could understand, and his helper John was also really great. One customer had Brian put in a new toilet in under an hour. Another had a new water heater and toilet installed with a fair price. The company has a 5-star rating for a reason, and customers would 100% use them again and definitely call these guys again.
Can’t say enough good things about this company. Brian and Andy were at our house an hour after calling and did amazing work. They went above and beyond to get our pipes clean, even though it was a much bigger job than anyone expected. Pricing was fair for the amount of work that needed done, and they left everything clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat.
We called Monday for a clogged kitchen sink and they were out the next day and cleared it right away. They also cleared a clogged sink that we haven’t used in over a year and that another plumber could not fix! Great people and great services!!
Being new to the area can be a challenge when things go wrong in the home. I called the Pipe Doctor because of their 5-star rating and let me be clear, there is a reason that they have a 5- star rating. Fantastic immediate service, extremely knowledgeable and follow up afterwards. I've found my plumber and HVAC company.
