They ALWAYS know what is wrong with the pool to get it clear… tried another place.. went back to Fagnanos!! Furthermore, when we speak on the phone about mechanical issues 9/10 they can fix it.. the other is because it’s broken. Customer service, professionalism and they had to replace our liner due to severe underground waters. They did whatever the could you help us save money due to the issue occurred to a 7 year old pool!!! They were just awesome!!! Thanks for being the best AND ethical… it’s refreshing!!

I like doing my business to Fagnano's Pools Service Supplies is extremely reasonable and they offer a yearly discount for your first purchase of the season. The staff are all extremely helpful and nice. They always go the extra mile to help me get my pool in order every year.

Fagnano's put in a great pool for us and exceeded our expectations, to say they went the extra mile would be spot on. All of their staff was courteous and professional all the time while staying right on schedule and providing us with updates as to the status of construction. Any concerns we had at anytime were addressed in a timely fashion with clear explanation.
